Remember me? OK, so I've been busy. Anyway, here's an interesting bit about the U.S Appeals Court ruling against the broadcast flag. Finally, it looks like some fair use is beginning to work its way back into the discussion regarding copyright. I doubt this is over, but it should be interesting to see where it goes.  ¶ 9:49 PM
